From Castellane we will ride along the side of the verdon along a winding road that runs through the bottom of the valley among the walls gradually steeper as we approach the gorges. The Point Sublime, gateway to the canyon, marks the beginning of the climb that will take us to La palud, legendary place for lovers of climbing, and on the Route des crêtes, the spectacular road cut to peak on the gorges, that offers unforgettable views and incredible views at every turn.

A long descent will then lead us to the shores of Lake Sainte Croix, where a well-deserved bath in its crystal clear waters will be the reward for the hard work of the day.

On the second day we’ll bike through the whole “Frame Sublime”, one of the most beautiful streets on the planet, in which it is impossible to count all the panoramic points, the views on the gorges, the bridges, the curves, the climbs and the descents that make it a magnificent terrain of pedaling.

And before returning to Castellane, a stop in the beautiful village of Trigance will seal a weekend truly“sublime” around the most spectacular canyon in Europe.
